Dish of the Day: Superman- Goldfingeranother one of those punkay songs the volleyball boy (a.k.a. the meanie who said i was FAT) sent me. the lyrics seem a little retarded. i love the brass parts though.. it's been so long since i heard a trumpet blasting.
while at the jazz section with nat and val that day, i realized that i've COMPLETELY forgotten even the basic make-up of music- bass, tenor, alto, soprano. so much for being in a band for 4 long years! :( i was so disappointed in myself.
auntie's calling (you know) has made me a total arsewipe (Tan, 2005, every other insult). :P well, haha. at the very least i had some fun today. went out with bao, bao's very adorable yet CHEEKY little brother Andy, wei rong and ho ho. we watched fantastic four. it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be, really. meng loong and his, mind me, rather sulky-looking gf joined us later. we went to play pool while bao took andy to eat. and then, erm, ml's gf got found out for being underaged, so the 2 of them left. at first ho ho was like, "why didn't they ask you?" i thought abt it, and went, "ya hor". it took me a while to realize it was an insult on my maturity! well, hahaha. actually i dont quite mind, because it means that I DONT LOOK LIKE A KID ANYMORE! i've got people approaching me to sign up for credit cards, so, yea, i take that as a good sign. :D
anyhow. i've got Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince! *grins smugly
i'm totally besotted with it at the 'mo. i mean, it can't beat Narnia, but it's still a jolly good read. But oh well, i've got a stupid essay outline to do. harry has got to wait.
anyone knows anything about the Grimm Brothers? dreadfully need more information for my essay. sigh.
i wonder how's the snail doing. maybe it survived miraculously. *hopeful
